Educational program for mapping and developing the digital employee experience
The DEX Skills project plans and implements an online educational program for mapping and developing the digital employee experience. The broad topic includes technical, organizational and psychological factors, use processes and usability issues related to digital work. The digital employee experience is also affected by organizational culture, HR and innovation capabilities. The educational program aims to make sense of this complex topic in a usable way.
