Integrating Talent Development into Innovation Ecosystems in Higher Education

The aim of the InnoTAL project is to enhance Asian universities’ readiness to promote innovation and develop students’ competencies for innovation and entrepreneurship, but also to increate interaction between universities’ and stakeholders, and hence, increase the employability potential of students. The project involves Asian universities from India, Nepal, Philippines and SriLanka.

The outcomes of the project will be:

1) an educational programme that focuses on sustainability and innovation, entrepreneurship, regional and cluster development, and technology;

2) Innovation Field Labs; and

3) a framework to support research and sustainability.

The project is co-funded by the EU’s Erasmus+, Capacity Building Programme.
